The medium of watercolor is unforgiving and the wet-in-wet method of painting is fastest and most challenging method in that painting genre as well. This watercolor on organic acid free paper was done as part of the Studio Kelkar’s 2020 Directwatercolor art practice. Directwatercolor is a painting method where direct pigment application is done without pencil markings. For architectural drawings it highlights developed drawing skills of a painter that are imbibed in the muscles so much so that pencil marks appear visually on paper for the artist as she paints.

If you are interested in engaging in a music-art experiment that is run concurrently with 30×30, read up here. 2021 instructions will be similar – https://www.umakelkar.com/2020/06/vivify-2020/
All paintings have generic titles so that patrons can rename the paintings as per their connecting story. You are buying an unframed painting. Painting dimensions are the size the image will be after matting and framing if you choose to frame.
